NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL)

 

          Revision Petition No.43 of 2015, titled ‘Union of India and others Vs. K.D. Sharma’ was dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- by this Commission on May 29^th, 2015.

2.      K.D. Sharma-complainant has moved an application for releasing of the aforesaid amount of Rs.10,000/- in his favour by post pleading that he is 85 years old and suffering from various diseases.  He requested that the amount deposited by the petitioners be sent to him on the following address:-

          “K.D. Sharma son of J.R Sharma resident of Village and Post Office Ghurkari, Tehsil and Distt. Kangra (HP).”

 

3.      Sh. Alankrit Bhardwaj, Advocate has given demand draft dated October 27^th, 2016 in the name of K.D. Sharma. In view of this, the draft be sent to K.D. Sharma-applicant immediately on his aforesaid address through registered post. The registry shall inform this Commission that the draft has been sent to K.D. Sharma.

4.      Disposed of accordingly.
