                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party  to  pay a sum of Rs.5900/- for mishandling his money for 59 days and also to pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- as compensation for mental harassment  and also to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- as cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
