                   Case again called up several times after lunch break but none appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 2.15 p.m No intimation is received regarding the absence of complainant and his counsel . Further wait is not possible. It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. So, the present complaint is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
