Heard the complainant. The grievance set forth in the complaint is regarding issuance of forged cash bill by the opposite party. Complainant purchased sand from the opposite party under the impression that the bill issued is a genuine one.

The mater set forth in the complaint will not come under the purview of the consumer protection. Hence complaint dismissed without going into the merits of the case.
