            Complainant alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite party for the delay in completing and delivering the apartment as agreed by opposite party.

Complaint posted for hearing on admission. Complainant present.  Heard.

On going through the complaint it is seen that this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction  to entertain the complaint since the opposite party neither  resides nor carries on business within the jurisdiction  of the Forum.  No cause of action is also seen to arise within the jurisdiction  of the Forum.

Hence, without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with direction to approach appropriate Forum for relief.
