BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Both parties and their counsels appeared before the Lok-Adhalath and we suggest both the parties to settle the matter.  Accordingly, the matter is settled and joint memo filed by both the parties duly signed by both the parties and their counsels. The matter is settled by giving DD No.027356 dated 5-7-2022 for a sum of Rs.5,24,809-00 given by the respondent to the appellant towards full and final settlement and appellant received the DD and accordingly the matter is settled before the Lok-Adhalath.

In view of memo filed by both the parties and settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal is dismissed.
