                          The Secretary, Consumer Club, Shri Ch. Nabachandra Singh on behalf of complainant is present. Shri Okram Bimol Singh (27), S/o of O. Bubudhon Singh of Thoubal Ningombam, on behalf of the K. J Enterprises is present. Shri Bimol Singh admits all the allegations of the complaint case and prayed for allowing him to pay the compensation amount at the lesser amount.

                        Considered the same and allowed the prayer of the Bimol Singh on the following order that the O.P is to returned the said excess amount of Rs. 95/- (Rupees ninety five) to the complainant. It is also ordered that the O.P is to pay a compensation of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand) for mental agony suffered by the complainant.

                       It is also ordered that a sum of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred) as cost of litigation, in total Rs. 3595/- (Rupees three thousand and five hundred ninety five).

                       Accordingly the O.P has deposited the said compensation amount of Rs. 3595/- (Rupees three thousand and five hundred ninety five) by cash and the same is handed over to the complainant.

                       Hence the case is disposed off.
