ORDER

Respondents have filed this Review Application seeking review of order dated 14.03.12 of this Commission by which the Revision Petition No.1267 of 2011 filed by the Petitioner was disposed of by observing as under:-

                    From the perusal of the report it is evident that in the car parking area allotted to the respondents a Toyota Innova Car can be parked along with two motorcycles.  The report shows that the respondent has been put in possession of the car parking area in which a car can be comfortably parked.  The order passed in the complaint has been substantially complied with.  Since the order passed in the complaint stands complied with, the order passed by the State Commission is set aside and that of the District Forum is restored.  Execution proceedings are ordered to be closed.

 

Revision Petition stands disposed of in above terms. “

 

An order can be reviewed only if there is a mistake apparent on the face of the record.  We have passed the above order in the presence of the Respondent No.1/Complainant based on the evidence available on record. We do not find any mistake apparent on the face of the record. No ground for review is made out.  Dismissed. 

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Respondent.
