Both sides represented. Heard both sides. Opposite party submitted that their willingness to issue revised bill for Rs. 36905 and also submitted that they are ready to allow a discount of Rs.3000/- to the petitioner.
Based on the above submission this petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to remit Rs.33905/- in eight equal monthly installments, without any interest for the said amount, in the office of opposite party. Petition disposed as settled with aforesaid direction.
