Appellant represented through counsel.  A petition has been filed by the appellant to put on record the fact that a compromise has been arrived at among the parties.  The petition is taken on record.  Since the dispute has been settled among the parties, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement. 

The amount of statutory deposit shall be refunded to the appellant, on proper acknowledgment.
