Both sides represented through counsel.  Both counsel submit that the dispute in this case has been settled amicably among the parties.  The amount to be paid has also been paid through Demand Draft.  Therefore, a memo for withdrawal of the appeal has been filed.  This appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 

The amount of statutory deposit remitted shall be refunded to the appellant, on proper acknowledgment.
