JUDGMENT

Per Sri Sushil Kumar,  Member-   This appeal has been directed against the judgment and order dated 11.1.2011 passed by the ld. District Forum, Ramabai Nagar in complaint case no.301/2008(484/2005), whereby the ld. District Forum dismissed the complaint on the ground that the complainant never deposited the charge payable for permanent disconnection of the electricity connection. The ld. District Forum further observed that the cause of action was arose on 19.4.1994 and the complaint is filed in the year 2005 which is time barred.

          We have heard the counsel for the respondent and perused the judgment and order.

          Both the observation made by the ld. District Forum are based on the record. Therefore, no interference is warranted.   The appeal deserves to be dismissed.

ORDER

          Appeal is dismissed.
