            Heard, learned advocate for the appellant.  Appellant has filed  the present  appeal challenging the order dated 20/09/2022 passed by the learned District Consumer Commission, Gondia along with appeal appellant  has also filed  an application  for condonation  of delay of 10 days in filing the appeal.

            We have  heard  learned advocate for the appellant  and also  gone through  the contents  of application . On going through  the same, we feel  that  the grounds stated for  delay are  satisfactory  and so the delay of 10 days  in filing  of appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be taken  on record.
