Present application has been moved by applicant/appellant in Appeal No. 1201 of 2014 Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Limited V/s Joyti Tripathi for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of judgment and order dated 28-10-2016 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been partly allowed.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
