Case taken up today as 4.12.2013 was declared as holiday due to Assembly Election in Delhi. Counsel for petitioner on instructions states that petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and wants to withdraw the same. However, it is prayed that this case may not be taken as precedent. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
