  This execution application has been filed by the DH for non-compliance of the order of this forum dated 23.10.2013 passed in C.C. No. 66 of 2012.  On 19-07-2017 counsel for JD has brought a cheque of Rs. 35,000/- as  balance payment and the same was taken on record.    Today AR of DH has filed authority letter along with ID proof of herself as well as of DH. The same is taken on record. Cheque of Rs. 35,000/- is handed over to the  AR of the DH.  Copy of the same is placed on record duly signed by the AR of DH. As the decree is satisfied nothing survives in this execution application, the same is disposed off as satisfied.

  Copy of this order be made available to the parties as per law. File be consigned to record room.
