File is taken up today as an application for compromise has been moved by counsel for complainant.

                 Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OPs for full and final settlement and he does not want to continue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                   Statement of counsel for the complainant has been recorded separately.

                 In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

                   Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
