        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri D.Satyanarayana Chary, Advocate for the Complainant,   and in the presence of the Opposite Parties, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

        Complainant filed a Memo stating that he is not pressing the above case.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
