1. Jyothi Electronics, represented by its proprietor,

2. J.S.Electronics, represented by its Authorized Signatory,

L.G.Authorized Service Centre, Beside: TTD Kalyanamantapam,

Shivajinagar, Nalgonda Town.

3. The L.G.Electronics India (P) Ltd., represented by its Authorized

Signatory, Reg.Office: A Wing (3^rd Floor), District Center Saket,

New Delhi-1100117.

        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri N.Narsimha, Advocate for the Complainant, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        Counsel for the Complainant filed a memo stating that the Complainant and Opposite Parties compromised the case and also requested to dismiss the complaint against the Opposite Parties.  As such, the complaint is dismissed as compromised.
