                                                            ORDER

The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on her behalf has turned up. Notice of the application was sent to OP but the same had been received back with the report “shifted”. The certificate issued u/s 25(3) of the C.P.Act to the Collector, Bhikaji Cama Palace, New Delhi had been received back with the report “incomplete address”. The complainant was to furnish the correct address & particulars of OP or concerned District Collector but it appears that she has not been able to find out the same and therefore none has appeared for the complainant. The application is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. However, the complainant may file afresh application as and when the correct address of OPs comes to her knowledge, as permitted by law.

Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
