Present:-      Shri Vishal Sahni, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant.

                     Today the case is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. However, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement states that due to some technical reasons, he seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh, in the interest of justice.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
