          After notice Shri Bandan Kumar Karkidholy Assistant Vice President- Legal/AR appeared for the opposite parties. He argued that according to version of the complainant the opposite party carries on business and has its office at Just Dial Ltd., A-39/40, Behind Mc Donalds, Sec.-16, Noida, U.P.-201301 and its head office at Palam Court Building-M, 501/B, 5^th Floor, Beside Infinity Mall, New link Road, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400064. Therefore, this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain and decide the complaint. The complaint be returned to the complainant for presentation before District Consumer Forum at Noida, U.P.-201301 or District Consumer Forum at Mumbai. The complainant fairly admitted that this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain and decide the complaint. The District Consumer Forums Noida, U.P. and Mumbai have Jurisdiction to try the complaint. Therefore, the complaint be returned to the complainant for presentation before competent Forum of jurisdiction. File be consigned to record.
