The learned counsel for the complainant is present. The OPs are  present and files show cause. Copy served on the learned counsel for the complainant. Heard both the parties. Perused the record an amount of Rs.92,949.00 has been demanded by the OPs out of which Rs.85,206.45paisa is energy charges admittedly, the power supply to the house of the petitioner has been disconnected by the OPs. The complainant/petitioner is residing  along with family members in the said house. Now a days electric power is a part of the life. The life of a person is un-thinkable without electric energy. There is prima facie case in favour of the petitioner, balance of convenience leans in favour of this petitioner.  If the petitioner and his family members will go without electricity, they will suffer e-repairable loss, the petitioner disputed, the claim amount of the OPs, the actual claim will be decided by taking evidence in the main case. At this stage for the interest of justice, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.35,000.00(Rupees Thirty five thousand)only with the OPs. On the receipt of payment, the OPs shall restore the electric power supply to the house of the petitioner. The I.A case is disposed off accordingly.
