The complainant is absent on repeated call. OP No.1 is present. OP No.2 is absent on repeated call. The complainant has prayed for an interim order directing the OPs to reconnect the electric supply to his residence. Heard OP No.1. He submitted that as there is an outstanding of Rs.1,28,581.57, no electric supply can be given to the same plot. He drew my attention to Regulation 17(i) of Odisha ERCD(Conditions of supply) code 2019. Perusal the same. In view of such regulation, the complainant or his wife is not entitled to electric supply to the same plot. The petitioner is not entitled to any relieve in this I.A. The case is dropped.
