ORDER

ORDER DATE-18/02/1997. The respondents are directed to restore the phone connections of the complainants forth with if not restored so far. Further the respondents are also directed not to collect the amounts mentioned in the bill dated 1-6-96 and if already collected the said amount be adjusted towards the future bills of the complainants. The respondents are also directed to pay the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainants. The respondents shall comply the above directions within one month from the date of the receipt of this order.
