Counsel for the complainant filed a petition duly signed by the complainant praying for that complainant is not interested to proceed further with this case as the Op supplied the revised bill to the complainant. Authorized person also filed a memo stating that Ops have deducted the disputed amount from the bill of the complainant during January 15 and in support also filed the up to date ledger copy which taken to records. However as complainant does not want to proceed further with this case as Ops complied the grievance of the complainant. The case is dropped.
