Attendance on behalf of both the parties filed through their respective advocates. After some argument learned advocate for the complainant seeks permission to withdrawthis complaint in view of the fact the his connection was disconnected on account of finding him committing theft of electrical energy from the LT line of the OP which is to be adijudicated at Gaya in the court of the learned special Magistrate Electricity Gaya. Prayer is allowed and complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
