1.The complaint is allowed.



 

2.Opposite Party-4, Electricity Department, shall pay to Complainants a sum of Rs.10,000/- as compensation and Rs.5,000/-as costs, within 45 days of date of this order.



 

3.Opposite Party-4 shall recover the above amounts from those of its employees it finds responsible.
