Complainant absent. OP represented.

Present complaint has been filed by the compalinant on 23.11.2021 against the OP alleging deficiency in serive through not fixing the electric consumption meter despite repeated applications dated 08.05.2013, and 30.12.2020 and subsequently sending electric consumption bill s irregularly and exorbitantly. Learned advocate for the OP has filed the certificates of old meter already fixed lives long and further replacing the old meter through a new one on 10.12.2021.

As such from the certificate of replacement of the old meter through a new oneon dated 10.12.2021 itself. Grievance of the complaint appears to have been redressed within 49 days from the filing of the present complaint itself which has not been communicated to this commission.

In view of the said facts the present complaint having became infructuous at the present is dispossed off as allow. But under the circumstances allowed any order has to compensation or cost etc.
