            This case is put up today for filling of correct address of the O.P.No.2 and counter by the complainant. The complainant has not appeared in the Commission on repeated call and not taken any steps in the case today. On verification of the case record it appears that the complainant remained absent in the Commission in the more occasions. It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed further in the case.  Hence the consumer complaint stands dismissed for non prosecution by the complainant.

No order as to cost.

The interim order is pending, if any, stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
