Complainants are present. Opp. Parties are represented through their authorized representative.  Complainants have jointly filed a memo dated 08.01.2019 and submitted that they do not want to proceed with the case further against the Opp. Parties as the disputes between the parties have already been settled out of court, as such they prayed to drop the case against the Opp. Parties.

                    Perused the memo dated 08.01.2019 and heard from the parties present before the Forum.  It is ascertained from the submissions of the both the parties that they have settled their dispute amicably out of Court and the Complainants do not want to proceed with the case further against the Opp. Parties.  Therefore, on the basis of such memo dated 08.01.2019 and submissions of the parties present, we are inclined to drop the case hence forth.

                        Keeping in view of the above compliance made between the parties, we have no hesitation to close the case.  Hence the present case is closed henceforth.
