Both parties represented.

Complainant cross examine and discharged. As per the brief particulars of the complainant stated in column no: 3 and 4 of the complainant in the prescribed format is that the OP didnot made necessary correction in the exorbitant bill for consumption of electrical energy.

It is an admitted fact of the parties that a sum of Rs.22,205/- was deposited against the bill for the month up to feb 2014 in response to bill dated 14.03.2014. Demand a sum of Rs.13,240/- vide bill dated 14.05.2021 agreived the complainant on account which the complainant has approched this commission for redressal from perusal of the bills dated 14.03.2014, 14.05.2014 and 14.10.2014 it is crystal clear that from the month of November, 2013 to august, 2014 average consumption of electrical supply has been disconnnected after raid on 24.04.2018.

In view of the above said facts more particularly the pattern of consumption of electrical energy OP is directed to serve the electrical energy. OP is directed to serve the electrical energy consumption bill from the month of March, 2014 to April, 2018 on basis of average consumption of 40 units per month within 30days from the date of this order and the complainant must pay the amount demanded through the above referred bill within the date given in the bill.

Let a copy of this order be served to the parties free of cost with the above direction the present consumer complaint is disposed off.
