This is a case against OP, Jujurali Sk, the owner of Data Brick Field, Chapra, Nadia filed by Mahasin Biswas, S/o Late Badal Biswas.  The facts of this case are as under:-

Mahasin Biswas paid Rs. 51,800/- on 12.04.12 for purchasing 14000 Nos. of bricks from OP.  The money was received by OP as per the receipts dtd.  12.04.12 and OP (Data Brick Field) which was filed by the complainant before this Forum, but the bricks were not supplied to the complainant after expiry of prescribed period of time. 

Hence, the complainant had to knock at the door of the Forum on 19.06.15 by filing a complaint. 

The unchallenged testimony of the complainant has proved the case of the complainant.

Hence, the complainant is entitled to get a decree and he is also entitled to get interest @ Rs. 5% per month upon the amount from the date of filing the case till the date of realization.   The complainant is also entitled to get Rs. 500/- by way of compensation for his harassment.

That the case, CC/2015/86 be and the same is decreed ex parte.  The OP Jujurali Sk is directed to pay Rs. 51,800/- to the complainant plus interest @ 5% per month upon the amount from the date of filing the case till the date of realization along with Rs. 500/- as compensation to the complainant within  24.11.2015.
