The record is placed before the 4th National Lok Adalat to-day.

 

Learned Counsel for the Appellant is present and filed a memo stating that the Borrower and Financer have settled the dispute between themselves, pursuant to which loan Account has been closed, which is kept in record.

 

In such view of the matter the Appellant does not want to pursue the Appeal as the same has become infructuous.

 

Hence the Appeal stands disposed of as infructuous in terms of the memo.

 

Statutory amount may be refunded to the Appellant  on proper  identification.
