Complaint is dismissed. Complainant is directed to pay cost of rs.500/- each to O.P.1 and 2. u/s 26 of the CP Act 1986, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The case files received from O.P.1's Hospital and B.M.Hospital, Mysore be returned to them, after appeal period is over. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
