ORDER

Order dt.30/04/1993 Heard advocate for both the parties. Perused record of complainant. It is a communication by respondent dt.30.12.92 to state that telephon No.2376 will be disconnected becuase of default of payment of bill 2455. the two are different telephones. Hence, the disconnection of telephone No.2376 is illegal. No reason are there. Hence, the respondents are directed to reconnect the telephone of petitioner 2376 immediately and intimate this Forum. If there are ny dues of payment in by telephone No.2376 the complainant to pay the same forthwith.
