COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AS AMENDED UPTO DATE

Present:-      Sh. Rajat Sheokand, Advocate, for the Complainant.

                   Sh. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate, for the OP.

                   Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement between the parties. Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he has received a Demand Draft bearing No. 087028 dated 28.07.2023, amounting to Rs. 25,000/- drawn at Canara Bank from the OP. Ld. Counsel has further stated that as nothing remains due against the OP now, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.  

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
