                                      Ops no.2 and 3 not served for want of copies of complaint and RC etc. despite last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. The complainant has  already availed various opportunities including last opportunity for filing copies of complaint and RC etc. for service of ops no.2 and 3 but has failed to provide the same and today none has appeared on his behalf. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
