FINAL ORDER

 This is an Execution Application for realization of a sum of Rs.1000/- as cost, Rs.1195/- as price of Garment and Rs.5000/- as compensation for metal pain and agony.

This execution application is taken up for hearing. Heard Ld. Advocate for both sides.

Perused the material on record.

It appears from the petition filed by the Ld. Lawyer for the D.hr/complainant that the D.hr has received Rs.7195/- in full as per order of this Forum passed in Complaint No. CC-117/2011 and also stated that the D.hr. has no dues from the J.dr/OP.

Considering the submission as well as the document showing the receipt of the entire awarded amount of Rs.7195/- in full and final satisfaction, we are of opinion that the D.hr has received the entire amount with full and satisfaction and as such the Execution Application is disposed of with full satisfaction.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under registered post with A/D to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
