ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 01.03.2024, Dr.Raj Kumar, Complainant in person has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.2500/- in cash from OP through their counsel Sh.Rajesh Verma, Advocate as full & final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
