ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 18.01.2024, Sh.Deepak Kumar, Authorized Representative of Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received cheque for an amount of Rs.40,000/-, bearing  cheque No.035645, dated 18.01.2024 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank in favour of complainant namely Majer Singh, from OP No.1 through their counsel Sh.Rajesh Verma, Advocate, as full & final settlement in the present case and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the authorized representative of complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
