                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
