 Ever since the notice  issued to the  respondent was   returned  unserved     with the endorsement    “ addressee  left” the  appeal is being   posted for  publishing   his notice in a  daily  having  circulation  in the  area.  Four adjournments  were   given for  effecting paper publication.  Today there is no representation  for  the  appellant and his counsel  was absent.  Appellant is also  absent.  Hence the appeal is dismissed for default.
