JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU:  PRESIDENT

The appellant is the opposite party in CC.74/2009 in the file of CDRF, Palakkad.  The appellant is under orders to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- as compensation and Rs.1000/- as cost.

The matter is with respect to the failure to return the original title deed after the closure of the loan.  We find the amount ordered to be paid as compensation is only reasonable.  Practically there is no defense for the opposite party/appellant not to return the original title deed.  In the circumstances we find that there is no scope for admitting the appeal.

In the result the appeal is dismissed in-limine.

The office will forward a copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
