          This is an appeal filed by the 1^st opposite party in CC No.258/11 on the file of CDRF, Kannur, challenging the order  of the Forum dated January, 1,2014 directing the 2^nd opposite party to return Rs.11875/- along with original documents of the complainant and to pay Rs.5,000/- as compensation and cost of Rs.1,000/-.

          When the appeal came up for today appellant filed a copy of the order of the Forum in EA 20/15 showing that appellant has already paid the amount and full satisfaction has been recorded by the Forum.  Therefore nothing survives for consideration in this appeal.  Appeal is dismissed.
