ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     An application has been received through e-mail from Sh.Deepam Raghava, Counsel for the Complainant, for permission to withdraw the complaint. Per contents of the application, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint. Contents of the application confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
