Present:   The applicant/DH in person.

               Shri Dev Kumar, Rep. for the JD No.2.            

             

               File taken up today on the application moved by the DH for putting the execution petition and permission to withdraw the same. However, Shri Dev Kumar, Rep. for the JD No.2 appeared in person and made a statement that in compliance of order of this Forum, he produce a cheque bearing No.004203 dt. 11.1.2019 amounting Rs.43,541/- as full and final settlement. Statement of the DH also recorded to the effect that he received above-mentioned cheque amounting Rs.43,541/- as full and final settlement and withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied. So, in view of statement of the applicant/DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
