On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant was not putting appearance for last several hearings and directions were issued to registry to issue Notice to complaianant by previous Bench vide order dated 14/01/2019.  Despite issued court notice, appearance has not been entered by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
