On the last date of hearing the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that I am ready to receive Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand only) as awarded by this Hon’ble Commission vide order dated 26.11.2021 from Baba Bajaj Agency and except this amount nothing is due towards Baba Bajaj Agency.

The case was fixed for today for further proceedings. Today. The complainant/ respondent has appeared and stated that the payment of Rs. 25,000/- has been received by him through NEFT. Moreover, the applicant has also placed on record one document i.e. transaction dated 10.2.2022 i.e. NEFT to Joginder Singh for Rs. 25,000/-. In view of above, the present application has become infructuous and present application stands dismissed. Copy of order  be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
