Service is complete.

                        Sh. Anuj Garg, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent by submitting his Power of Attorney, which is taken on record.

                        Alongwith the appeal, an application for condonation of delay of 33 days as per the applicant/appellant  (as per the office report 29 days), in filing the appeal, has been filed.

                        Heard.

                        For the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by a duly sworn affidavit and finding sufficient cause, the delay aforesaid is condoned.

                        The application is disposed of accordingly.

                        At the time of arguments, the matter has finally been settled. It is agreed between the parties that towards full and final settlement of all the claims raised by the respondent/complainant, the appellant shall pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent/complainant. It is on record that an amount of Rs.75,000/- is lying deposited with this Commission i.e. Rs.25,000/- (statutory amount) and further amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited under order dated 09.05.2018 passed by this Commission. Report of the office confirms the abovesaid fact.

                        In view of above, this appeal is disposed of.

                        Out of the aforesaid amount of Rs.75,000/-, Secretary of this Commission is directed to disburse an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent/complainant alongwith interest, which may have accrued on the said amount in the meantime and the remaining amount of Rs.25,000/- alongwith interest, if any, accrued there upon be disbursed to the appellant, within seven working days from today.

                                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
